I've lost the original SD card, so I can not run the Bootmii correctly. Can I just reinstall the Bootmii to overwrite the old version? Or shall I uninstall it first, then reinstall?
You can reinstall it over an existing installation, but you don't really have to. Run the HackMii Installer and in the BootMii section select "Prepare SD card"
