Warlords clone?

I'm a big fan of the Warlords arcade game, and even now I'll play it, along with "Lords of Lunar" which was hidden on the "making of" Lunar:SSSC disc. I think a Wii version could work well. Control schemes could be using the analog stick on either the nunchuck or classic controller (mimicking the fast movement you get with analog control in Lords of Lunar), the accelerometer (tilting the remote like in bit.trip.beat), or just the d-pad.

I have basically no coding experience, so this is just an idea.

I've wanted one of these for a very long time.
