App that can record your games

I was lying in bed one night and I couldnt get to sleep and for some reason I started thinking about my wii. And I came up with a cool idea. What if we could make an app that could record your games. Like the videos of SSBB that are in HD. I was thinking that you run a game with this app on and you could put like A+C+Z+2 to activate the app to start recording> Then when you want to stop recording, you could press A+C+Z+2 again to make it stop and it would automatically save your video to the SD Card. Well, do you think its possible?

Well, have you read the rules? Obviously not, or else you would have noticed that you're not allowed to request a video recorder or screenshot capturer application that runs in the background of the Wii's natural processes.
