Idea for Easy lens cleaning app

Since there is a lot of people struggling with a dirty lens problem on the wii, I was wondering if a CD-player program wont solve this issue?

Since there is a lot of cheap lens cleaner discs availible, but all of them is in CDA-format, thus a simple cd-player app should be able to play these cleaner discs?

Or alternitavely an app that just moves the lens to the location of where the bristles are on the cd...

The Wii doesn't have the appropriate laser to read a CD, if I remember right.

This wouldn't be possible using an IOS, but with bootmii it could theoretically be accomplished, since it doesn't have to be able to read the cd, just be able to spin it, and move the laser to the correct position.

Thats just moronic, it cant read cds...nice try Nintendo
