seems kinda simple?

just an app to view the jpg, pngs on my sd card etc.

Photo channel doesn't support SVG. :p Also you could make something with network/DVD/USB support.

I'd personally like to see a bunch of more formats than what you listed supported by a homebrew image viewer.
