Im sure this has been asked before but is it possible to make a app that can upscale the Wii to 720p
with component cables??

Now that I think about it you would literally have to hack into the Wii woulden't you??

I guess the only thing it would do is upscale hbc and apps if it were even possible....

what if you're hardware is modded?

It would require a major modification. However a LOT of changes would need to be made.

The easy way would be to create an adaptor in which the wii's component cable is plugged into, the adaptor redoes the image and sends in a higher res version, would probably warp the graphics like hell but its what you wanted.
