WII64 mod it for wii64 plus

my idea is mod wii 64 with mupen 64 plus to add cheats and other things like save to wii hard drive but i have no idea on codeing i only know html gml and vb

No. Besides the fact that making an emulator is very hard to do, you are blatantly asking someone else to do all the work and you did absolutely no research. Also, the Wii doesn't have a hard drive.

i think you are putting the cart before the horse. the people behind this project are working on actually making it play games correctly. once they have it doing that, then is the time to go in behind and add all the other crap like a cheat engine.

Yes, the Wii64 team has their website at www.emulatemii.com. check it out. They also developed a Playstation emulator, WiiSX. You can download em both via the homebrew browser or wiibrew.com. Both of them work but have alot of issues, some games dont work, etc. Its not an easy task by any means to recreate an emulator of those specs on the Wii. Supposively they have a dreamcast emulator in the works as well I think.

The Wii does NOT have a hard drive. It has a flash memory chip, which is COMPLETELY different.
