Those games you mentioned all use the Wi-Fi connection. This is considered to be the reason, why the savegames have a no-copy-flag.

I forgot to mention: one could use [wiibrew.org] (or Gecko OS, if it still works, I am not sure)

Friendcodes and things like that are part of the savegame.
So far every game that has WiFi sets the flags to not move or copy savegames.

Because of that people consider WiFi to be the reason.

The only minor flaw is, that the developers could have set the flag only for the parts of the savegames, that matter for online gaming. (see VC-games: savegames can be copied, savestaes can't)
