3.2 menu and SDHC + wiiware from SD

Which IOS do I need to update for these features? I just updated IOS61 and the shopchannel through WIISCU which worked out fine.
Now I'd like to use SDHC + wiiware from SD as well.

it's a combination of sys menu and ios i think. I would see what ios 4.0 uses, then install 4.0 and the ios NOT THROUGH NINTENDO! this wont affect patchmii, but it will TP hack

i dont think its possible to run games from the sd slot without having 4.0

Nobody has really documented how this works, but I believe it's just some sleight-of-hand done by the 4.0 System Menu.
