wc24 scripting language

has anyone yet reverse engineered the wc24 scripting language that allows dynamic banners, i havent had a look at the specific files but i am assuming that they are probably compiled, it would be pretty sweet for HBC to have this intergrated so that it can tell you about an update without loading it
