What do you mean "installer files"? There is a link to the Whiite installer and manual installation instructions on [wiibrew.org], but I'm not sure how up-to-date they are...I'm pretty sure they don't use MiKe kernel which means no WiFi or native DVD access afaik.

[wiibrew.org] is pretty up to date - I got wifi access for whiite and mike-p5 (though you need to boot from bootmii, ie. before the system menu starts)
