Wiibuntu bs?

If you have ever heard of it, please do tell what it is you have discovered. I found it on a random search and I just do not believe it. Is there any truth to it? I know it was a post from 2008 but any real info on it would be great.

As far as I know the only Linux distributions that exists as of today can be found here:

Have in mind that an Ubuntu distro for Wii should be a light version with no desktop or at least a light one (forget about Gnome), because its hardware is not powerful enough to support it.
