need help changing this code

Hello
This code if for the Virtual console Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time (US ntsc), i play it with a gamecube controller

Can somebody tell me how to change this code so it works with the "d-pad up" button (as is it works by holding A wich is the action button)

I dont think you can change the code (unless it has values which you have to edit). So unless it requires values to assign it, you will have to live with it on the A button

I believe part of the code specifies which button activates it however I don't know enough about the codes to know how to change it.
