Is it possible at all?

I am assuming, seeing as you didn't actually state it, you are talking about the WiiU (this is still a Wii forum, so any discussion of other consoles should be explicitly stated).

Currently, homebrew can be run via Smash Stack or Bathaxx, but HBC cannot be installed at this point.

Did you click the link? Its a video by fail0verflow (marcan from team twiizers) demonstrating the HBC in Wii mode on a WiiU

I have a couple of years ago hombrew channel on my Wii console install so i can't play free games.
but since it does not work.
Can't I reinstall it,so that it can work???
what should I do, so that it can work.

I'm sure you saw the blog post about v1.2 which works on Wii U. I tried tonight to no avail--ran into issues with HackMii and IOS58. If any experts have any suggestions please see my thread here.
