Tri-Wing

This might be a dumb question and I don't know if someone already asked it but, can I use a different screwdriver instead of a tri-wing? [I know its only $4]

It's highly recommended to have a tri-wing screwdriver, but you can use a very small flat-head screwdriver if you have one.
