Ok, to start off with NO USB LOADERS. Thats piracy, which is not supported here. as far as i can tell it sounds like you have 1 of 2 problems, both are a relativly easy fix. First off, can you access any channels at all? If not then there is a good chance that your DVD drive is broken or has come unpluged. Take it to an insured console repare shop and ask them to take a look. Two, If you caby htaed - FixMii
Scarab of Ra!!! I loved that game. If anyone is willing to make a clone I will offer my skills to make the grafics. Shouldnt be a problem. I even have an old mac somewhere so i would be able to fire it up and get the game working and see if i couldnt rip the imagesby htaed - Ideas, requests

Hi, I have an idea for an app, However I don’t have the skills needed to code it. I am an experienced coder but the last time I did any C programming was on a 64 bit processor (just a little old). So I need someone to help me. My idea is an app (which will be installable as a channel) that can dump saved game data over a network rather than too the SD card. Quotedirtrider73068QuotehtaedGood catch NintendoFreak, Thats a realy unusual error message. However fgfemperor dont just go dismanteling you wii yourself. Find some were localy to you that do console chipping and repairs. They will (or should) have insurance incase they brake your wii while fixing it. However if you take it appart and brake it thats just bad luck. If you pm me you town/citby htaed - FixMii
Bootmii might also be able to help you if you installed that. But only if you installed it to boot2 not as an IOS --edit-- you would also need a NAND backup for preferance.by htaed - FixMii
Quotedirtrider73068 Where are you getting your info, telling nintendo you don't have HBC is wrong, they will know you have it and refuse to fix it and send it back to you. Please note, I didnt say to tell them that you dont have HBC, I said Quotehtaed DONT tell them about the homebrew on your wii, Leave it to them to look. basically dont tell them its there, they dont specifically askby htaed - FixMii
Quotebg4545There is no firmware. Not strictaly true, but we will go with it. I would not recomend replaceing the drive yourself. Find a repair shop in your local aria, I'm sure they can replace it no problems.by htaed - FixMii
Ok, lets start with a silly question. Do you have preloader or priiloader installed on your wii? If so by far the easyest way to fix it is use one of them to access the homebre channel and try reinstalling your system menu useing dop-Mii or similar. Failing that, I would contact nintendo. I had something similar happen to me a few months back (my wii is the same age as yours) and i sent it offby htaed - FixMii

Ok, I understand that I can edit the background on Geco OS. However I also wanted to challenge myself with a difficult project. Besides I have found out how to get the channel ID and store it into an array. Now my only question is how do I get the channel name? Logically it must be stored some where within the channel data (like the ID is). However I can not see where to get it from. Any help pleby htaed - Coding
take a look at , Its a 3d game engine for wii homebrew. Enjoy.by htaed - Coding
Thanks SifJar, I will go look at them. I wonder how I missed the load channel when looking at Geco OS. Nevermind. And in reply to QuoteSifJarAnd BTW, Gecko OS can already launch channels with memory patches, why do you need a new loader? Purely as a test to push my own limits as a programmer. And I get a migraine if I use GecoOS too muchby htaed - Coding
Hi I am currently working on an app specifically to load channels with memory patches (in a similar way to riivolution or GecoOS). However, I cannot work out how to list the channels or how to boot them (just a bit vital). So firstly, what is the best way to get a list of all the installed channels (preferably in an array)? Secondly, how do you launch a channel? I have looked at a few source cby htaed - Coding
