I noticed if I connect to a server where you need to press 1-4 in order to join a team, none of the OSK keys will be recognized. This renders those games unjoinable since you are required to choose a team. Also, an observation, I have changed the keybindings in my cfg file to: bind "UPARROW" "message mode" bind "DOWNARROW" "+JET" bind "JOY13" "+HOOK" And this seems it would be the idealby Sir_Voe - Testing Corner
Thanks for picking this up and attempting to add online. I notice eluan's last log in on youtube is from a week ago, so maybe messaging him there will get a response (search for eluancm). Good luck.by Sir_Voe - Homebrew Applications
QuoteJyCetSorry for the bump, it's just to share a WIP video of my breakout clone :) I'll release it when it will be ready ;) That looks awesome!by Sir_Voe - Homebrew General
Yeah, I loved Blood, DukeNukem and Shadow Warrior. It would be cool to see any of these on the Wii (Duke was even ported to the DS, so hardware specs definitely aren't an issue). I'm really hoping for a Descent port though. That would be amazingly fun with Wii controls.by Sir_Voe - Homebrew General
Maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but with the new SNES9X GX 005, you can play Arkanoid 2 using the Wiimote to emulate the SNES mouse. It works pretty well.by Sir_Voe - Homebrew General
There's a brief english description here: and the readme included has an english version.by Sir_Voe - Homebrew Applications
It has IR Lightgun emulation, who gives a crap about the menu? lol, jk, but the menu isn't really vastly different that I can notice. Other than now you can return to the homebrew channel, but maybe that was already in another version. Hard to keep up on such things.by Sir_Voe - Homebrew Applications
I agree, a Wii pinball homebrew would be great. Going beyond the simple idea, a pinball construction set that uses box2d and a WiiPhysics like interface to allow table creation could be really nice too.by Sir_Voe - Homebrew General
QuoteArikadoI believe the guy who did Wii quake said he was sick of it and would think about possibly doing the other quakes. I don't believe either of them are actively being worked on. I also don't believe multiplayer for the first quake is actively being worked on either. That is unfortunate. Just so it doesn't look like I was talking out my ass, here's what the dev eluanby Sir_Voe - Homebrew General
I think it's just a matter of time before we see at least Quake 2 on the Wii. And yes, the Wii Quake developer plans on implementing online multiplayer.by Sir_Voe - Homebrew General
QuoteWiiPhlexMy god the second one at dan-ball is amazing! Absolutely. The particles reacting to dynamic airflow is awe inspiring, especially with BG set to "shade".by Sir_Voe - Homebrew General
It's encouraging to see others share interest in a Wii version. It looks like a coder named tvguy started on a Wii version back in early July (never released), but doesn't have the time to continue on it: He does say he'll be willing to help if someone else wants to pick it up though. Also, today I discovered this amazing offshoot of the falling sand concept: I'dby Sir_Voe - Homebrew General
Anyone else think a Wii version would be nice? I have no knowledge of coding in general, but I would love to see it done. Perhaps box2d would aid in such a project, but I really have no idea. Just throwing out the suggestion. EDIT: Thanks to LOLDSFAN for providing a link in the next post.by Sir_Voe - Homebrew General
