I guess it doesn't. Nothing to do but wait for a future update, perhaps v1.0?by MegaJapan - Homebrew Applications
Alright, first, thanks for helping. I just used this 0.6 version that you gave me of MPlayer Wii, technically, I am able to play H264 videos in MKV container, however, only the sound will actually play. The sound is clear while it is impossible to recognize anything on screen as I would get distorted lines and no actual video will play. I still do not know what the problem here might be, buby MegaJapan - Homebrew Applications
I'm using the latest version, 0.07, and yes, tried with all 3 players and it just won't play but just get paragraphs of numbers and codes. AVI Xvid/DivX play completely fine, no problems whatsoever. But like I said, videos compressed in x264 in an AVI container won't play either. I don't know how to get version 0.06.by MegaJapan - Homebrew Applications
QuoteZeroBokiQuoteMegaJapanAVI is used a lot less than it was a few years back, now most high quality videos are coming in Matroska files (MKV). Is it possible that the MPlayer for the Wii would be able to play these files? Supporting codecs such as h264 and x264? Also, I tried playing an x264 video file compressed in an AVI container and I get the error that I always do when trying to play noby MegaJapan - Homebrew Applications
