Maybe it's video mode problem because your using NTSC TV so it doesn't match each other and produce black and white screen. I borrow my friend game but I didn't know that was PAL game and think that will work on my NTSC wii. Game loads just fine, but game show up only black and white screen. Give it a shot before you reply. It was worked for me. I didn't had bootmii but it worked. It will boot directly to MulttieModManager. From there you will be able to fix your wii. And it doesn't matter with IOS 236 and you mentioned was cIOS.by syc20099 - FixMii

Well, you didn't had brick protection software on your wii and GC controller doesn't work, you permanently bricked your wii. You can try this steps by following this link here . This requires internet connection to fix it, well you can go to app manager and run DOP-Mii and download system menu wad from NUS downloader and place them into wads folder and that will work. I think priiloader is my best brick protection like @JjStAr is talking about. When I had theme brick and I was saw a black screen when I turn on my wii, but when I press reset right after boot up and priiloader screen popped up. So I was be able to launch the HBC and restore it. Yeah, you permanently bricked your wii. The only way to fix your wii is flash the NAND chip with working copies of another NAND chip and this process is very difficult and tedious.
