The compiled code can be found under the Releases tab on the SNES9xGx's GitHub page. The latest version for Wii is 4.3.2. You can find the Channel Installer on that page as well. Installing the Channel works like a redirect -- the same way a Shortcut icon works on your computer. It's not the actual program. I'm having the same problem. Here are the specifics: I have an official Wii Classic Controller Pro (Japanese; black) that works just fine on Virtual Console games, but when trying to play the Snes9xGX, it doesn't work. It will work in the menu of Snes (selecting games, changing options, etc.) but once the rom is loaded, none of the buttons work except the Home button.
