I honestly have no experience with savemii. I just know that it can help sometimes. Perhaps someone with more experience will come to help you. Sorry.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
Do you have bootmii boot2? If so you could use whatever was used to install the theme to un-install it. If you can get to the SD card menu, you could use bannerbomb to boot the file.by TopGun96 - FixMii
Thats what happens when you mess with stuff like WADS. We dont support those here. Unfortunately, seeing as you dont have bootmii boot2 or preloader, I dont know of a way to help you. Perhaps a Savemii auto-boot disc will help you.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
The Twilight Hack only works with System Menus lower than 4.0. Use bannerbomb as an exploit to run the hackmii installer. After everything is set up, your SD card should look like this: /boot.dol /private/wii/title/atkn/content.bin The boot.dol is the hackmii installer and it must be named "boot.dol" (without the quotes obviously) The private folder is bannerbombby TopGun96 - Getting Started
Uninstall the theme. And BTW we dont support themes here.by TopGun96 - FixMii
If you have bootmii boot2 then that will but it is easily re-installed later. Your HBC and DVDx will not.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
There are already some early betas of "NAND Emulators." For instance there is SNEEK v2 which is not out yet though...by TopGun96 - Ideas, requests
Use the hackmii installer to install the newest HBC and DVDx. If you have the newest HBC, it will not get deleted by 4.2. The hackmii installer is here. Just run it through your current HBC.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
What System Menu are you on? If you are on 4.2 then you will not need to update. Any thing else, you will. If you have all of the newest homebrew (HBC, DVDx) then you are fine. It will delete bootmii boot2 unless you have boot2 v4 already.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
1. Updating from NSMB will not destroy your system. 2. It installs System Menu 4.1 with all the 4.2 IOSes and Boot2 v4 3. Its perfectly safe unless you plan on playing jump rope with your power cord.by TopGun96 - Homebrew General
Perhaps you could try to re-sync the remotes. I doubt that would help but it is worth a try.by TopGun96 - Homebrew Applications
I have an idea. How about getting the e-mail system to work?by TopGun96 - Feedback & Support
Yeah I know about installing manually its just that I have never gotten it to work properly. There is an installer for r14. Bushing made one and posted it here but the download link is broken.by TopGun96 - Coding
Alright I have one more idea. Now that it is supported by wiibrew, use this. Make sure you completely understand what it does and how to use it before you try it though. If you have any questions just ask.by TopGun96 - Homebrew Applications
There are only .tar.bz2 files not an installer at that website. (that's the first place I ever looked.)by TopGun96 - Coding
I see that now. Just went the the wiki page and looked it up. So is that his problem?by TopGun96 - Getting Started
I believe you must have ES_Identify in your IOS 36 which, IIRC, TBR does not patch. You could use Dop-IOS MOD to patch it though.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
Yes install the HBC with the hackmii installer here. Put it on the root of your SD card, name it boot.dol and run the Twilight Hack. It will ask you if you want to install the Homebrew Channel, DVDx or Bootmii. I advise installing all three with Bootmii boot 2 if possible. We do not support the use of backups so please do not talk about them here. We generally frown upon cIOS's and WADsby TopGun96 - Getting Started
Use Dop-IOS MOD to update IOS 61 and the Shop Channel.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
Quotegameking66If you have a NAND flash backup (basically a backup of your System Menu and IOS'), you're fine. When your Wii is "bricked", it's not a hardware or boot problem. Your "OS" is corrupted. That's why you back up your NAND, it's essentially a backup of the Wii OS' current state. Ummm... If you are bricked it can be a low-level (boot) failure or a hardware fby TopGun96 - Getting Started
I know it exists yet I cant find it anywhere. I really just need an easy way of installing the environment so I can start developing. I have tried countless things to get Xcode to work with this but have had no luck. Thanks for any help you can give.by TopGun96 - Coding
The wii can never update without your consent or "auto update". So just turn WiiConnect24 on.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
Tell it to run off of any IOS. Then navigate to IOS's. Use the D-Pad to select IOS 36. Press the + button. This will install the newest version of IOS 36. Press A for every question it asks you. It should ask if you want to install it, then if you want trucha (sig hash check), and if you want to patch it with ES_Identify. Select yes for all of them.by TopGun96 - Homebrew Applications
^^ I've got Bootmii Boot2 so its not really a big deal.by TopGun96 - Offtopic
We do not support backups here. In order to get bannerbomb to not run the wad manager, delete the boot.dol off of the root of your SD card. Because you updated to 4.2 you will now have to use bannerbomb v2.by TopGun96 - Getting Started

^^ Wow.... I agree 100% @Arikado I too think that there are a couple of us that are qualified to be mods. Keep doing what you are doing as you are doing a magnificent job here.by TopGun96 - Feedback & Support
