Installed a Bad wad and now wii wont boot up - 11 years ago

I installed a channel forwarder , pretty basic stuff, but after I installed it if froze and then I reset the wii but now it my tv says no signal available . The green light comes on and I have boot 2 and priiloader on it but cant access it on my 4.1 softmodded wii. I have a nand backup and gamecube controller but still nothing. What can I do? Please Help.
