how to reinstall IOS 30 (System Menu) 3.2 ???!!!!??? - 15 years ago

Ummmm yeah I dont know what I did well I guess I do. I uninstalled IOS 30 I'm guessing cause when I start my wii all I get is a black screen. If anyone knows how to reinstall the OS firmware I'm guessing really I dont know what could do.
