WiiSCU IOS61 system menu 4.1 - 15 years ago

I have made a stupid error and don't know how to reverse it, i've read the forum but didn't find anything. Ok, here it is: I downloaded and upgraded the menu system to ver. 4.1E - and discovered that the homebrew channel became screwed up (black screen).
