Were you able to update? I haven't been able to access the store since modding, and I'm not sure whether to click "update" as prompted when I insert my Angry Birds Star Wars disc. I'm running 4.3, so I'm not sure what Nintendo needs to update. Thanks...by beej808 - Getting Started
Angry Birds Star Wars - Wii System Update Needed? - 12 years ago
Hello, I recently purchased Angry Birds Star Wars for the Wii. When I insert the disc, it says I need to perform a system update to run the game (I'm currently at 4.3). However, I've read that updating will brick modded Wiis. Is there a way to safely update the Wii system (through the Homebrew Channel?) so that it will play new releases?
