I don't even know about the program...but I figured I'd find it:by Kage52124 - Getting Started
1) go into the bootmii.ini settings file and uncomment the autoboot=*** line (it's commented at the start of the line with a #), making whatever it says there to say autoboot=sys (I think, the instructions are inside the file too. 2) No it shouldn't 3) I know nothing of BC, but I don't know if that pathway is right... EDIT: more detailsby Kage52124 - Getting Started
When I was reading about it, it said that it was supposed to come with two different legal wads as templates, one from waninkoko and one from comex. When I dled it, I didn't find them, maybe they weren't included in the installer?by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Unfortunately I have not coded for more than a year ever and object oriented C++ wasn't up my alley, let alone I just don't know where to begin. Would anyone be up to this? Perhaps combining the source codes of the NUS Downloader and WiiSCU (PatchMii) to target just that one address 00000001-00000101?by Kage52124 - Ideas, requests
Put the hackmii installer anywhere you want and I think you could even change the name of it back to what it was before, then put loadmii where the installer used to be. when you get to loadmii (turn off WiiConnect24 just to be safe), select your hackmii installer and give that a try. No promises though.by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Okay well i guess you can try to remove any disk you may have in the drive as well as gamecube memory cards. That's about all i can figure so long as you're running v108 of bannerbomb (any variant). If you can't get the installer to work, try using Loadmii instead for the meantime, it works okay. EDIT: Oh yeah, you can also try going like this: bannerbomb -> loadmii ->by Kage52124 - Getting Started
It seems that a lot of people want to run their Action Replay disks on a newer system menu wii. I was curious if it was possible to make a program that installs the first version of MIOS (v4 right), perhaps similar to WiiSCU. What are y'alls thoughts?by Kage52124 - Ideas, requests
Bootmii doesn't load a disk, but I suppose it may in the future; for right now it only handles loading HBC, Wii System Menu, or the BootMii Backup program. We all have some version of MIOS, what about it do you want to change? Is it just that you want to downgrade (just out of curiosity as downgrades are not supported).by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Okay and after you click yes, do you get ANOTHER scam warning?by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Do you get the scam warning before it all goes black?by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Well how many different versions of Bannerbomb have you tried?by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Instead of using a different sd card, I just used the same one to backup and then put it on my computer. If you don't have enough room, just put everything on your sd card somewhere on your computer and then empty out the SD card. After that you can put the nand.bin onto your computer and off the sd card and then replace all the apps and stuff.by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Cha totally. So why did this get moved from suggestions to off topic? I thought it'd be a fair request...by Kage52124 - Offtopic
That looks right... Could your wire be frayed anywhere, causing intermittent supply?by Kage52124 - Offtopic
Yeah it sucks. If you could (or anyone else for that matter) figure out how to downgrade the MIOS alone to v4 and install it, then your Action Replay disk will work.by Kage52124 - Getting Started
It's out there somewhere, but it came with a patched MIOS, which is either illegal or against the rules of wiibrew.org, so it was removed.by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Take a picture of your sensor bar while the Wii is on and see how many different lights you should see. Should look something like this: O o o o (lots of space here) o o o Oby Kage52124 - Offtopic
I've noticed that when using the search field for a page, the first word of it MUST be of the exact same CaSE as the page itself, which makes searching very difficult for things like "AnyTitle deleter" vs "Anytitle Deleter" vs "anytitle deleter" etc etc. Is it possible for the search function to be CaSE non-sensitive?by Kage52124 - Offtopic
What is this "Homebrew Setup" or "wiibrew sd installer" of which you two speak?by Kage52124 - Getting Started
QuoteflyguyAlright I can get the channel working most things work fine.... except the ones that i need. I need the homebrew browser and it keeps saying cannot initialize FAT subsystem. On code downloader it will load all the way launch and then go back to the HBC. On almost all apps it will crash with a warning "exception occurred (dsi)" I am using a 4.0 wii with HBC 1.0.3 installed with bannerboby Kage52124 - Getting Started
download it from Wiibrew, search for "Homebrew browser"by Kage52124 - Getting Started
I'm afraid you're out of luck unless you can get at least a SD card. Think about where you could download the small files needed. Surely there must be somewhere you can go? Library perhaps if downloaded directly to your own device? In the meantime do your research on wiibrew.org and probably for you, bannerbomb.qoid.us . Look at the guide here in this forum too, it should be of somby Kage52124 - Getting Started
I'm afraid you need to give us a TON more details. Think of going through your entire post without using the word 'it' or another pronoun.by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Sounds like you don't have the apps in the right place. Get Homebrew browser and put it on your SD card so it looks like this: (root):\homebrew_browser\boot.dol In the Homebrew Browser and Homebrew Channel you can use the Wii Remotes. BootMii is different, that's the program that doesn't use Wii Remotes.by Kage52124 - Getting Started
Even if it is possible, it would probably require a modified system menu or IOS, which is NOT RECOMMENDED. if you don't like the system menu, it's getting to the point where you can run almost anything from the Homebrew Channel anyway :-D. So use BootMii to autoboot into HBC.by Kage52124 - Homebrew General
The first thing you're probably going to be asked to do is see if you can get a regular Gamecube controller to work...by Kage52124 - Homebrew Applications
Lol, well done Mr. Pumpkinby Kage52124 - Getting Started
Ummm...I think honestly that Bannerbomb might work a little better for you, I think you should give that a try too. I honestly think it's a little easier. Did you change your system menu from 3.3 to 3.0?by Kage52124 - Getting Started
