since it's a complete nand overwriting, any savegame, channel or configuration added, modified or deleted will return to the last point when the backup was made.. so, the answer you're looking for is clearly YES.. anyway, consider backup savegames periodically (and added channels as well) by the system menu's data management to any sd (if you don't want to redo a complete naby Qcho - BootMii Beta
QuoteYisrolikthe bad blocks i think are on the sd itself so that wouldn't tell you anything. 4 wrong.. bad blocks are counted from the nand, so when you restore this blocks remain untouched (and also know if new bad blocks have appeared in your wii's nand and/or could give you problems restoring older backups, etc etc).. so, even if you have bad blocks on your sd, they are not explicby Qcho - BootMii Beta
well, as i'd the same problem a couple days ago, i can recommend you to delete this 0kb nand.bin file, backup the sd (if it had another content), and reformat (i recommend you this because when this error happened to me it, even after deleting nand file, the free-space of my sd were >500mb lower - if you are using a normal sd (capacity <= 2gb, no sdhc logo), i suggest you to format asby Qcho - BootMii Beta
not exactly needed.. if you're sure that the app you want to use runs normally over hbc channel (i'm not quite sure, but i've heard some homebrew that needs another ios to work could give you problems... anyway, at least i recommend you to free some space in your sd (better if you can backup it content in a computer and format) and make a nand backup, just to be sure.. then tryby Qcho - BootMii Beta

have you tried booting with another sd? btw, check the format.. maybe a fat16 reformat can make your card return to normal (it worked for me), as you are using a 2gb card, there shouldn't be any problem.. EDIT: sorry.. i meant, have you tried booting with another sd after format it in your computer??by Qcho - BootMii Beta
easy solution: keep your bootmii sd away from your wii!! XD if not, inside your bootmii folder edit bootmii.ini change this line: #BOOTDELAY=5 to: BOOTDELAY=0 btw, you should check this app: BootMii Configuration Editor hope this help..by Qcho - BootMii Beta
QuotemidnightzakAre you able to use the same card you have the rest of the homebrew apps on or does the BootMii NAND dump require its own card? as long as i've tried, i can answer you: yes you can.. at least i've a nand backup file in the same SD i use to keep all my homebrew, and even my "bootmii trigger folder".. and it works just great.. i've used the same card to rewriteby Qcho - BootMii Beta
Well, I had a similar problem to yours: i couldn't backup my wii nand into my 2gb sd (sometimes it created a "nand.bin" file but it size was 0kb, others none at all).. I reformatted my sd a lot of times (as fat32), but the same issue happened. finally, i tried reformatting it as fat16, and well, my problem is now past! as i can see that after you formatted your card it started givinby Qcho - BootMii Beta
