Honestly, it's really just there to deter people from posting whom consider "softmods" or "softmodding" to be a term which encapsulates the exploitation of a Wii vulnerability through ultimately enabling piracy. If you're intelligent enough to understand the use of the term literally, then you're probably not going to use it in favor of a more specific vocabulary anyways.

Mail is broken too and giving the same error (I've temporarily disabled e-mail authentication requirements). There seems to be nothing I can do with the administration options to fix this so I'll be trying to get in touch either mha or marcan very soon.

The issues aren't gone. The admin of the page just chose to disable the link that leads to them. Issues can still be accessed at /issues/list/ after the project URL. For example, . You should be aware however that the GX emulators are no longer being actively developed so unless you submit a patch or your problem is an incredibly simple one you're unlikely to receive any response.

Apps compiled under older revisions of libogc may not work with later hardware revisions of Nintendo's nunchuk or 3rd party versions of it. In layman's terms: You have a newer nunchuk or you're using a third party nunchuk. fail0verflow hasn't gone anywhere. Their goals (basically running Linux on every hardware revision of every PS3) have been met though. Regarding the Wii U: Since it's backwards compatible with the Wii it's highly likely we'll have Wii mode homebrew from day one of it's release. I can almost guarantee you won't be able to install the homebrew channel, but exploiting savegames and running unsigned code shouldn't be a problem though. I only touched app inventor once but I believe you can use it to take screenshots as well.

I've never used anything beyond probably 5th grade (USA) mathematics unless I'm programming a 3D world or I'm writing a very low level of abstraction. You'll be fine. Good starting point? Probably Python 3.

It's possible if you cut out OpenGL and all network support. IMHO, you'd be better off just contributing to the current prboom port.

You can try directly messing with the source code. It's basically our bad video initialization code; It needs to be completely rewritten (yeah, yeah, I'm working on it). A quick fix would be letting 0,0 render at the center instead of the top left but I'm not sure if I want to give all of the users of libwiisprite coordinate headaches ;)

The two main versions are Izhido's build (Q1Rev) and the build Piko and Eluan made together (Quake GX). I don't find the documentation for the apps to be cryptic at all, but you're of course welcome to clean it up if you like. As for which is better, I couldn't tell you, they both appear to be feature complete. Try them both and use the one you like most. Then please report ba
