QuoteModEverythingI see. Maybe I'll just have to pay Microsoft to get the source code? lol. It was worth a shot though. How hard would it be to make a clone of these games? They're not very advanced. Hell if people can make Quake ports for the wii then surely they can for this too. *facepalm* the thing is, the Quake ports are just that, ports. The Quake engine is open source, so youby cactusjack901 - Ideas, requests
QuoteDanyaeloh, yes. that was the problem. i copied it onto my kingston sd, and it works great. thank you! but ive got still this "update wii" problem, inserting monster hunter tri dvd does this game require FW 4.2 or will i still get this message after updating (with hackmii) to 4.2? thanks jbc007 What do you mean "update wii problem" just update the Wii normally, then, after 4.2by cactusjack901 - BootMii Beta
They're not Open Source, a developer (NOT APPLE), paid to get the source code, and port it (although, it may just be a clone)by cactusjack901 - Ideas, requests
1) Wrong section 2) Did you not notice the big red letters that said burned games aren't supported? Or the list of things that aren't supported that you had to click a checkbox for before you posted your thread? Or are you just such an asshole, you feel you're above the rules? I just got an idea earlier, after playing a card game called "Dominion" for the first time today. I would do this myself but I lack the skill. Would anybody else be interested in creating (or playing) a version of Dominion for the Wii? If anybody's unfamiliar with it, here's a link to it's Wikipedia page ) The gameplay is a lot easier than it sounds, I also think it'dby cactusjack901 - Ideas, requests

You can't use the Wiimote in Bootmii. Only the Gamecube remote for Bootmii as IOS, or Gamecube remote and buttons on the front of the Wii for Bootmii as Boot2by cactusjack901 - Getting Started
QuoteCalvocant belive no one wants to help you. i can't help you right now, but the most i can tell you at the moment is that i think only 2 gig and less sd cards work on the wii No, I use a 4 gig SDHC card, but I'm on 4.2 which has SDHC supportby cactusjack901 - Getting Started
QuoteDranzerX13I'm going to buy myself a brand new Wii on Tuesday. The downgrading does work, but...there is a huge flaw, which I will not downgrade again. If downgrading changes nothing, then technically it doesn't work.by cactusjack901 - FixMii

Unless you go ahead and code it, not for a while. That's not on the list of priorities. Also: Wrong forum Also Also: This has been asked many times before with many emulators, please use the search function from now onby cactusjack901 - Getting Started
There's a program called Bootmii Configuration Editor, you can set a time delay, and you can also set it to autoboot to system menuby cactusjack901 - BootMii Beta
the problem is that you downgraded to 3.2 What happened is the System Menu IOS you had (for the update that is on the game) got stubbed, so the System Menu can no longer boot. Only way to fix this now is with an infectusby cactusjack901 - FixMii
1) IOS 249 is not supported here, because it is usually used for piracy, which the way you typed your message, sounds like you did 2) AFAIK, IOS 37 doesn't support the WiiSpeak, hence why you can't use it in your game, if you're loading it through a backup loaderby cactusjack901 - Homebrew General
If you still can't get it working after that, I wish you no ill-will, but I have to say that Wii hacking isn't for you. I don't mean to sound like an asshole when I say this, but Wii Hacking isn't for everybody, it requires a certain amount of computer skill, which you don't seem to have. What system menu are you on? If you're on 4.1, you have to go to the Wii Menu, then Data Management, then Channels, then SD Card. EDIT: Also, did you pay for anything? The term "unlock" when it comes to Wii Hacking is usually used by sites that sell our free and open-source software.by cactusjack901 - Getting Started

QuoteArikadoReally, who cares? We have SO many exploits hidden behind closed doors that no matter what Ninty does we'll still be able to easily execute homebrew code on the Wii. Exactly my thoughts. 1) the Savemii Dongle, and what you're doing with the 4 gamecube buttons on the d-pad (known as SaveMiiFrii) do exactly the same thing 2) You just have to wait for the next firmware update, and wait for a game to have it 3) Another option, is to use an infectus and a NAND backup from another Wii with the same boot1 version and the same (or greater) boot2 versionby cactusjack901 - FixMii
