QuotetueidjThis seems kind of backwards; you start with wm_ax and wm_ay which you use to find the angle, then you take the sine and cosine... doesn't that just give you back the original wm_ax and wm_ay values? There is a flaw in your math logic. The sine and cosine of an angle don't give you the value of X and Y, it gives you a decimal value between -1 and 1. 1) The inverse Tan ofby Axel - Homebrew Applications
QuoteArikado* I have an increasingly significant female companion in my life ;-D. Along with that, my social life in general has skyrocketed taking away any free time that I normally would've spent coding or on this forum. I wasn't going to mention this, but the more I think about it this really is a rather large time waster in my life for better or worse. Congrats and best of lucks wby Axel - Old Announcements
Arikado, It is a shame to read this. I have had the chance to talk to you in the past and you are indeed one of the most valuable persons to have hit the scene. The time comes to everyone, and it is a normal step in our lives to put aside stuff we have enjoyed in order to dedicate our time and efforts in what is important to our future. I have witnessed how much you have grown in the compuby Axel - Old Announcements

Everything has been answered already. In short, 1) You can create the NAND backup on your current SD card and move the backup to your PC. Just make sure your card has enough free space (>512MB). 2) After you update to HBC 1.0.8 with HackMii Installer 0.8 you are completely safe to update to System Menu 4.3 via Nintendo official update. Don't you ever try to update your System Meby Axel - Getting Started

Homebrew allows booting disc-based games from a USB hard drive, however, since that can also be used for illegal purposes we can not provide you any help on that here. These forums don't support piracy, so any discussion about USB loaders including use and/or installation is prohibited here.by Axel - Getting Started
No, I'm sorry but formatting won't help. Modifications you have made to your NAND are permanent. That is why it is highly advised not to use any of those applications that make permanent modifications to the NAND unless you know exactly what you are doing since they can effectively damage your Wii.by Axel - Getting Started
Probably you are using a 7z compressed file which contains all the different existing dumps of that game. All those other .z64 files you see are just different dumps from the same game. Generally you can find hacked versions, translated versions, versions enhanced to run in emulator, and bad dumps. What does not fit here is that you have all those versions when you said you obtained your z64 Rby Axel - Homebrew Applications
Please provide more details. Some things to check: Your SD Card is recognized by SSBB. You copied the SmashStack hack in the right folder. You have deleted all your custom stages from your Wii.by Axel - Homebrew General
Hmm... the first thing you need to do is to make the card work from the SD Card Manager in the Wii Menu. If you can not see the card even in your Wii Menu there is no chance it will work in SSBB. I'd strongly suggest you to try with another SD card, and if it fails from the Wii Menu too, I'd believe that it has something to do with your SD slot being broken. If that is the case, wellby Axel - Getting Started
Wow! You practically broke every rule of this forum with your post. Did you notice that you had to select a checkbox in which you certify you are not posting about cIOS, WADs, and Piracy. It is completely expected that your Wii wouldn't work anymore after installing so much crap on it. We are sorry but we don't condone any type of piracy on this forums, so we can not provide youby Axel - Getting Started
It's a known bug. After you restart the sound should be back to normal. Maybe they will fix it in future versions.by Axel - Homebrew General
So you didn't fix bootmii, you only disabled it? :Pby Axel - BootMii Beta
In other words you are screwed for installing pirated stuff on your Wii :)by Axel - Homebrew General
1) That is how BootMii works. It does not work with the Wiimote. Use buttons in the front of your console: Power to change selection, Reset to confirm. 2) HBC is NOT a pirated games loader. It will only display homebrew applications installed inside your /apps folder inside either your SD or your USB. USB Loaders are not allowed in these forums, so don't mention them again.by Axel - Homebrew General
Don't format it to FAT32! Use FAT and a block size of 32768 bytes. Try formatting your Sandisk 2GB card to that and try again.by Axel - Getting Started

DOP-Mii and cIOSX installer also create IOS0, I know that from first hand, so there is no way he could install them and then stub them without leaving traces. I don't think ATD is capable of removing IOS0.by Axel - Getting Started

Smash Stack only loads .elf files Also as far as I know savegame managers require patched IOS which are not supported in these forums, I don't know if they would also work with just downgrading IOS36 to restore trucha, but anyways you can not do that in the red wii. I believe you will necessarily need to install HBC in both Wiis, and tinker them a little more to accomplish what you wanby Axel - Getting Started

It is because a bug in the latest HBC. A lot of people is waiting for a fix to this. By removing the NO IOS RELOAD tag from the xml you lose DVD access and USB 2.0 support. There is a multiplayer online RPG which my nephew plays all day long. I think he has even paid for elite account and I dont know what else. I believe it will run under any machine, since I have seen him playing it, and graphics look a bit dated. The game is top view with characters moving around. It's called Tibia.
