Wiimc have you tried that one, should be able to download it from the browser, if it cuts out, or buffers then your internet speed is slower than it can stream it, might have to pause it let it catch up then play.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
Have the most current HBC then do the update.by dirtrider73068 - Homebrew General
Wiimc is a better app to play dvd's you also may have a newer wii that does not play dvd's anymore, they changed the drives out, also dvdx is no longer needed.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
No problem for me, but don't leave what about pointing a second admin to help running the forum or find somebody to help when its needed.by dirtrider73068 - Old Announcements
Your best bet is go to the store and but the right ones that will work and buy mail order or ebay sd card there is a big chance they are fake.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
Some of those mail order sd cards are fakes and don't work at all or are not the size that they state.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
There is a way but I don't know, I rather just go through the HBC first its easier for me that way ans less risky.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
You need apps in the homebrew, will need a apps folder to put the apps in, its been a while since I have done this, I think the way it goes is you have the apps folder on the root of the sd card inside the apps folder is where you put the apps also you you need the homewbrew browser in that apps folder. If your wii is connected to the internet you can use the home brew browser to search for apps.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
Most 3rd party or aftermarket controller won't work in HBC, you need to use original wii controllers to use them in HBCby dirtrider73068 - Homebrew Applications
I was wondering about this have had this happen before on topics and it still shows and wondered if the reports would still go through.by dirtrider73068 - Feedback & Support
QuotelmviennaQuote removed. This is against our rules you can't talk about this here.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
You need a 2gig or less regular sd card.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
Use the homebrew browser to download games or get them off the wiki, its easier to use the browser as it will auto unzip them, if you get them off the wiki you will have to unzip them and place them in the folder.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
You don't have to buy the game just rent it to get homebrew installed then take the game back to the rental store. More than likely if you buy a wii now in the store its going to have 4.3 on it, unless the store has old stock and you get a wii with 4.2 or lower but doubtful.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
Don't think you have to have a chip for the savemiifrii, you need a gamecude controller and push all 4 of the directional buttons, and it give you a screen if that shows up then it can be fixed with a disc of a more current version of system menu than what you have. This may not be exact or how its done but thats what savemiifrii does. If you need a chip you can get a infectous? and soldby dirtrider73068 - FixMii
Could be a setting on the tv since you tried on 2 lcd tv's and they are both doing same thing? Has anything been done to the wii, HBC or anything else?by dirtrider73068 - FixMii
Yes you need a game to run the exploit to get homebrew on a 4.3 wii. I would advise NOT to downgrade its a bad idea, it leads and casues bricks, and does nothing to help.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
No shouldn't be on the root of the sd card. If you are running it through HBC then it should be in the apps folder, it should look like this, look on your sd card there should be a folder called apps, open it then there should be a folder called vbagx, open it inside that folder should be two more folders roms and saves.by dirtrider73068 - Homebrew Applications
If you have the updated version of HBC you can update again it won't hurt it, I have done this before. I know you can use dop-mii to update the shop channel but I don't know how that works.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
That looks pretty cool, and looks like fun wonder if it will be better than the wii console.by dirtrider73068 - Offtopic
Its not recommended to downgrade, some would say it not advisable to it can brick your wii when you update and cause other problems as well.by dirtrider73068 - Homebrew General
No it won't do a auto update, when you insert the game it will ask if you want to update or will say it needs to update to play, if you have the latest version of the HBC then let it update and you won't have to worry about it. If I remember I think priiloader does block updates but if you do that and a games needs a update to play?by dirtrider73068 - Homebrew Applications
You try the request forum here other than that I don't know where to go. Oh I see how it plugs up now the classic controller plugs into the wiimote to transmit the data.by dirtrider73068 - Homebrew General
Well what I mean is does the classic controller plug in to the console like the game cube controllers do, if so then there won't be a delay since it feeds the input of the controller straight into the console processor. If not then there is going to be a slight delay since it inputs from a wireless feed and takes time to send it, receive it and then process it. I am not a coder so I donby dirtrider73068 - Homebrew General
Well for one the classic controller plugs into the console correct? Then there won't be a delay as the wiimote transmits its data wireless and by bluetooth so there is going to be a slight delay since the classic controler is pluged in it goes right to it faster then by wireless. I have not really noticed a bad enough delay to be bothersome in any of my emulators I play. If there is a dealyby dirtrider73068 - Homebrew General
But if he is running 3.2 and wants to update to 4.3 wouldn't he need to install the IOS 58 so the HBC would see or has something been fixed so that doesn't need to happen? I asked about it before and read some where on here sometime ago that was the way to do it.by dirtrider73068 - Homebrew General
Stay off youtube, you will get your wii bricked by following those vids. If you already and still have HBC, then update the HBC to its currnet version, you can do this by haveing the wii connected to the internet or get the latest version of the hackmii installer and install the lastest version of HBC, then once you have HBC updated you can update to 4.3. If you want usb use for HBC, before you uby dirtrider73068 - Homebrew General
Like I said if they see that HBC is on the wii they send it back untouched and unrepaired.by dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
Anymore Nintendo refuses to fix a wii if HBC is found on it, they send it back untouched. If they don't find it, since yours was a first launch wii if they fix it they just might put a different drive in it as well so it will not be able to read dvd's but only official game dvd's. I am not saying don't send it in, this is been known to happen to some. If it works call them bacby dirtrider73068 - Getting Started
QuotetechnomanWould it be possible to add a search function to the HBB for sake of ease? It gets annoying when it takes hours to get to the bottom of the "Games" and "Demos" list. I had actually brought this up before with teknecal he did ad in the HBB the option to chose to go alphabetical or reverse it, I did mention to him about a search feature, said he would look into it and thought it wasby dirtrider73068 - Ideas, requests
