Starfall and Preloader both fail to make my Wii (downgraded from 3.3 to 3.2U) region free. I figure maybe they're just patching the wrong addresses in memory, due to downgrading, or something else. Is there any easy way to determine the correct address to patch and/or verify the address the hacks.ini is patching is correct?
