Wii coding

I am currently learning C++ from a book i recently bought (C++: A Dialog) once i am finished reading and i wanted to start coding for wii would the code be the same or would i have to learn extra code for the wii?

This is not a yes no question. The syntax is the same. Some libs are differnet. for example, you will need to learn functions to use the wii mote, initialize video systems etc. learning on PC first as you are is the best option in my opinion.

Oh Ok thanks. I was also wondering if i wanted add USB support to Genesis Plus (The emulator) How would i do it?

If you are only just learning C++, there is little point in explaining it, once you get to the stage where you can confidently program, then would be the appropriate time.
