In future, try to not edit-erase posts with a problem inside.
Someone may have the same problem as you and would like to know an answer to the problem too :)

Oh, okay.
In the makefile just put:
export DEVKITPRO= /opt/devkitpro
export DEVKITPPC= /opt/devkitpro/devkitPPC

That was the problem I had. I forgot to add these lines.
(Installing Devkit on Linux.)

It's better to put these lines in your ~/.profile. That will keep your makefiles compatible with windows and setups where devkitpro isn't installed in /opt/devkitpro
