8-Bit Music

Anyone know of any good 8-bit remixes of songs? I've been on youtube listening to some parodies and remixes of stuff. Also, any good tool to make 8-bit music on a mac?

Some guy did a great piano rendition of bloody tears (castlevania) on his piano. I'll see if I can find the video. It was beautiful.

Also, I think theres a group of guys called the protomen who do remixes of 8 bit mega man themes.

I dont know of any tools for mac, but I'll look around.

I found a plug-in for the mac called StompBox but I do not have GarageBand installed at the moment on my computer to use it. I more or less need a standalone application.

Download hvsc archive, it contains tons of remixed stuff as well as lots of original tunes...
