Mail Transfer Agent?

okay, I got a message on my wii with a link to rapidshare.com/file/... and it said it was from my email.
When I checked my email there was a failure notice from MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo.com that said a bunch of stuff...
(DON"T CLICK THAT RAPIDSHARE LINK)

I took out some of the email addresses in the quote but they were in my contacts. So someone sent an email to some of my contacts that appeared to be from me and had a link to a virus probably..
anyone wanna help me figure out how this happened?

E-mail your contacts and ask them if they've recieved a letter like this from you lately. If so, have them forward the letter to you. Then conatct yahoo once you have a copy of said letter (the letter would be proof backing your claim).

yeah, but the problem is, the message was sent to a random contact that I don't remember who it is, my wii, my old phone, and service@youtube.com so I probably can't do that.
