That IP 195.178.184.79 doesn't look like a local, dynamic one. Are you using a proxy or something like that?
It is actually tied to iwconfig.net

No, no proxy.. but it's only autoblocked for 24 hrs so I can wait until then

I got that error also on Saturday when editing a page. I think it occurs if you update a page too many time in a short period of time. Give it a few minutes and try again.

I am still wondering, how do you get that IP?
Is it yours, staticly?
And is iwconfig.net your site/domain?

EDIT: That's weird... WiiBrew says my IP is 71.103.42.50, but DSiBrew says 195.178.184.79

hey it was me (well actually it was my cousin he changed the votes to get me blocked, i left my account signed in)

btw im from mexico i dont know if that has to do anything with the ip address
