hi guys i was just wondering if there is a way to update the wii to 4.0 without the internet.like download it and save it on the SD card and tranfer it to the wii.

Use NUSDownloader on your PC and then wad importer on you Wii.

If you install a new System Menu yes, and I'm assuming you probably intend to if you're gonna do this.

None exist afaik. NSMB has 4.1 and previous discs have 3.4 =P
