Display Wii on computer monitor?

Is there a way to do this? I think there is, but i don't know how...Is there someone who could explain?

Yes there are converters that allow you to (i think). I think it is like the VGA to the Yellow, White, and Red cables. (forgot what those are called)

Yeah, thats what I found on my google meanderings, but it doesn't quite make sense to me lol. :P

I have the opposite cable, its VGA to composite, which technically is called VGA to RCA, and they are like $5... so I'm sure you can get to opposite cable for a similar price.

Um, no. Thats not what I'm looking for. I want a USB gecko and I don't want to have to move from my family room to the hole where my computer is just to check the stats for my gecko....

Depending on what monitor you have, you may just be able to plug your Wii right into it.

If not, see if you can get converter cables to allow your Wii's video out to connect to it. And yes, it's entirely possible. This is the latest video I know of that does so seamlessly: [www.youtube.com]

I have something called "video game jockey" it converts the composite video from the wii to svga. If that's what you're after?

some/most capture cards will work for what you want, there are a few that will stream the wiis video output to your pc via a usb cable

he said wii on monitor and video output from the wii can be streamed through usb to be played back on pc, in fact its probably less hassle than plugging out cables every minute, infact phenom was right about easycaps since it is used to play vcrs on pcs and it only costs around $8
