Anyone know of a good...

WMA or MP3 to OGG converter. I need my music to be OGG format because its the only format this homebrew app accepts.

Iv tried a few but they x4 the size of it. I need it to stay under 3MB. the original file size is 2.5MB

Wavepad can edit/save sounds in almost any format. It's free and very small. (Google)

SUPER is a very good converter (Windows only) Which can convert anything to anything. It even supports DS Moonshell .dpg format!

SUPER is easy to use, and is MEncoder-based.

Audacity rules. It's the only thing I use.
