Does anyone know Of a good, free drawing program. I'm trying to create a circle, and I can't find a good program to do it with. I can draw one in paint, but I cannot manually edit the values. I like the way Flash edits shapes, but I can't save the images in picture format. In flash I have the ability to edit the width of the sames exactly, but I can't do this in paint.

I would recommend [www.inkscape.org] which is easier to use then GIMP IMHO.

Inkscape's a bit more power hungry, though easier to use.
