Parental Controls help

Hi everyone, i want to know if there is some way to block ALL games witth a password, because when the kids are grounded i dont want them playing. is there some magic homebrew app which lets you password protect g-rated games?

Not that I know of...
Why don't you just take and hide the Wii?
I know my mom used to take our games and put them in the trunk of her car. haha

Use the simpsons approach: if they do play the games, tell them you will delete their savegames :D

Take away the controllers. Easiest things to hide.

Or take away the video cable. Then they can switch it on, play with the remotes, but they can't see what they're doing :-)

aww... poor kids... they are trying their best to be good I'm sure..... :)

It WOULD be theoretically possible, but you'd need to modify the System Menu; something that most definitely WILL brick your Wii.

well, a bricked Wii will definitely keep the kids from playing!

could be costly for their folks though...

Or, OP could downgrade to as low as possible, get a purposeful banner brick, and when the kids get ungrounded, autoboot a disc with an update.

Back in my day I just had a spare controller hidden in my room. :-p Wiimotes are expensive though...

use the parental controles to lock all games above ec(early childhood) (I don`t think any EC games even exsist for Wii)
