AES-128 Secret Key recoverable in realtime?

Ok, I'm no expert on aes, or any type of encryptions for that matter, but can someone shed some light on this, Because it doesn't sound good.

Does this mean It's *possible* to recover the key nintendo uses to encrypt stuff like disks?

Not unless you have access to a computer where the encryption process takes place from my reading.

What key are you referring to? We already have the Wii common key used for title/disc encryption.
