and other games lyk that, WITHOUT homebrew(CFW)

non PSP games can only be played on a PSP with an emulator. UNLESS the PSP released an official "Retro Disc", but downloading that would be piracy...

Even at that there is no game that you can go and download without a hacked firmware (CFW).

You already asked this and it was answered. You need to get a CFW to play homebrew and emulators.
