Its got an accelerometer, which I think opens up a lot of new opportunities for games....

Dang, I"ve been getting DNS errors for 3dsbrew.org for months. I just assumed that it wasn't ready yet. Any reason why it's 3dbrew instead of 3dsbrew?

Because 3dsbrew.org was already taken (even though it's not currently in use).

With Datel Action Replay Power Saves out and rampant for the 3DS now, that might provide some kind of gateway for homebrew development, allowing otherwise-impossible backdoors.
