Wad Manager 1.3 not working

I'm not extremely new to this whole homebrew buisness, but I recently downgraded my system menu to 3.2 using Any Region Changer, and now when I try to install most WADs I get the error saying (ret -1) (or something like that) I am using the Wad Manager 1.3 channel, and I've also tried using the other one from the homebrew channel, but it's not letting me install what I want. Anything I can do to fix this? Is it certain WADs, or is it my system? Any advice will help, thanks!

WADs are not supported here on WiiBrew.
