anybody can tell me what's the problem w/Homebrew

Hi,
My Wii version is 3.4u, installed Homebrew Channel 1.01 (IOS 36, V12.18).
When click into Region Free (version 1.5) ~ shown Error ~ This is not a vaild Wii application.
When click GECKO OS 1.07 ~ Launching Game ~ Error: NO DVD
When click Warez Launcher. IOS36 ~ DVD error (324) no C1OS

Does anyone can tell me what's wrong? I cannot play the backup games........
