Start hacking

hi, i'm trying to hack my wii, but i have a lot of problems.
first, i would like to know what i have to do, tu run games that i burn into a dvd..
second, i would like, if you tell me how, but step by step..

note: i have 4.0e system menu

Try enabling backups ;)
