IOS downgrader 4.0u problem (restarts wii without downloading)

Hi. So heres the problem. I have been following this guide here www.youtube.com/watch?v=TayLByk6QBc and am on part 2 of his 3 video tutorial. When I go to run IOS downgrader it will load up, say network intitializing and show my ip address. Then says "Press A To Continue". Now, thats where its supposed to start downloading everything. But instead, it just tells me after I press A "Press any key to restart your wii". Then it restarts of course. Is there any other way of doing the IOS downgrader instead of that method? I would greatly appreciate any kind of help. Thanks
