DLC App (downloadable content)

This would be realy useful as I cannot recieve dlc due to preloader so
My Idea:

1. App that grabs dlc from nintendo servers (or unofficial serevers or files)
2. It would patch the dlc into the savegame of that dlc's game
3. For it to work :)

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to do this for me as I have absolutely no coding experience

You're asking to use DLC for free that companies are commercially selling. That's illegal.
